Our Programs

Parent & Tot Program – 18-36 months

Parent & Tot Program

Gymnastics is an ideal activity for pre-schoolers. It promotes physical activities that develop gross motor skills, spatial and body awareness, coordination, strength, power, flexibility, music awareness and creativity. The parent & tot classes are not geared towards accomplishing specific gymnastics skills. Rather, classes will be fun-filled with non contact activities through which we hope each child will develop self-confidence, cooperation skills, listening skills, and increase their self-esteem. Parent and Tot classes are organized and led by a certified coach but rely on participation of caregivers to achieve the maximum outcome. During classes we allow only 1 parent per child at any given time. We do allow parents to tag team during the class to allow both parents the opportunity to share in the experience with their young one.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics

Women's Artistic Gymnastics

The most popular and well known to the public of the seven gymnastics disciplines. The popularity of the sport is likely due to the performances of Olga Korbut in 1972 and Nadia Comaneci in 1976 at the Montreal Olympics. Both gymnasts captured the attention and imagination of girls all over the world, resulting in the most rapid growth of any sport in history.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics is an incredibly challenging sport, demanding strength, power, flexibility, agility, courage, concentration and focus. When performed in technical precision these performances appear almost effortless and are breathtaking to watch. Women’s Artistic gymnastics consists of four events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor.
