Birthday Parties

Take the stress out of your child’s next birthday Party … by booking with Forest City Gym!

We will take care of all the Gymnastics Fun & Games. Party Room includes Tables, Chairs, Fridge, Freezer & Sink. We also provide full clean up when the party is over!
You supply the Food, Cake, decorations, & cutlery.

Children must be age 5+ in order for participation in our birthday parties.

Booking Options
Option #1
~ 1 Hr in the gym with our Certified Coaches
~ 1 Hr in the Party Room

Option #2
~ 1.5 Hr in the gym with our Certified Coaches
~ 30 Min. in the Party Room

Parties book: Saturdays and Sundays 12:00-2:00pm & 2:30-4:30pm

What is required to book a party:

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of party booking. Balance is due upon arrival to the gym on the party day. 7 days notice is required for cancellation to be eligible for any refund less deposit.

What should we bring to the party?
Birthday family is responsible to bring in their own food, drinks, birthday cake, decorations, Cutlery, as we do not provide these items. (We are a peanut free facility).

What should the participants wear?
All participants should come ready to go in athletic attire (Acceptable clothing is shorts, trackpants, leggings, tank tops or t-shirts. Hair needs to be pulled back, bare feet and no jewellery.

Birthday Family Arrival time:
The birthday family is to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the party take care of final paperwork & payments as well as bring in supplies etc for the party. The children are in the gym with our coaches for at least the first hour of the party so families can use this time to set up the room if decorating.

Party Guest Arrival:
Please ask your guests to arrive at the gym 10 minutes before the start of your party as we do start and end our parties on time.

Gym Rules:
Only children registered to participate in the birthday parties are allowed in the facility ar due to Insurance restrictions dictated by our sport Body. Parents and others wanting to stay in the facility are more than welcome, however they are required to watch from our viewing area. Photo opportunity will be given by the coaches at the end of the class before being released to the parents.

SUMMER CAMPS

FULL DAY/FULL WEEK

Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm

$275.00/week – 5 days

$305.00/week – (East Park Weeks) Week 4 & 8 only

$220.00/week – (4-day week) Weeks 1 & 6 only

HALF DAY / FULL WEEK

Mornings: 9:00am-12:30pm

Afternoons: 12:30pm-4:00pm

$175.00/week – (5-day week)

$140.00/week – (4-day week) Weeks 1, 4, 6 & 8 only

Registration/Membership fees are subject to HST

BEFORE CARE /AFTER CARE

Available if required

$5.00/day – 8:00-9:00am

$5.00/day – 4:00-5:00pm

MEMBERSHIP FEE

$40.00 +HST is additional to the above fees and is

due upon registration. This fee will cover

athlete from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025
