Explanation of fees you may see on your invoice:

– 2024 /2025 Gymnastics Ontario Fee of $40.00. Covers registrant from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
– We do provide a discount for sibling/additional class registrations

*All class fees are subject to HST
*Programs are non-refundable
*Make up classes offered for holidays that occur during a session may be scheduled outside of the current session dates. Please keep updated by email and postings in gym regarding make up dates.
*If cancellation occurs for a natural disaster, Covid-19, or any other circumstance out of our control a credit will be applied to your account- No Refunds

Policies & Procedures
When you register for a class, you are signing up for an entire session. By doing so, you are taking a spot in a class and
are therefore responsible for that spot for the full session. Please read the following conditions and sign below. If you
have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to speak to the office.
1. We place athletes based on their age when they first come into our programs. Athletes will then be moved to
classes based on their level achieved once they have been participating.
2. Minimum Age for classes
a) Athletes must be the minimum age of the program within 4 weeks of a session start
b) Athletes must be the minimum age for any FCGC camps within 4 weeks of the start of PD Days, March
Break and Summer Camp weeks offered (5 + years)
3. Athletes will need to wear either a leotard, shorts or leggings and a tighter fitting t-shirt – (No skirts, No
footed tights, No jeans, No belts, buckles or zippers), have hair tied back, children participate in bare feet and no
jewellery (Studs in ears are acceptable).
4. Due to restrictions dictated by our Governing body Gymnastics Ontario, parents and visitors are not allowed
on the gym floor or in any of the gymnastics areas unless participating in a Parent and Tot class. Parents and
visitors are invited to watch from the viewing area. Please do not distract or talk to the athletes participating in
the classes as interruptions may result in injury.
5. Photography/Videos are NOT permitted. This is due to other Athletes/families’ confidentiality. A time will be
set for pictures at the end of each session.
6. Classes and times are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of FCGC. This will occur for
statutory holidays, weather etc. Some makeup classes may occur on a different night than you are originally
registered for or may be scheduled outside of the current session dates. Please keep updated by email and
postings in gym regarding make up dates.
7. Due to coach/athlete ratios, make-up classes due to personal reasons are not available. In the event of a Club
cancellation, a make-up class will be offered at FCGC’s discretion.
8. Refund Policy
a) Refunds are only given up to two weeks (14 days prior) to the start of the session (Summer, Fall,
Winter, Spring) and will incur a $30.00 administration fee.
b) Refunds for March Break and Summer Camps will only be given up to two weeks (14 days prior) to
the start of the camp and will incur a $30.00 administration fee.
c) No refunds will be given for PA Day Camps. Credits will be issued up to (14 days prior) to the Camp start date.
