Birthday Parties

Take the stress out of your child’s next birthday by booking a GYMNASTICS party with us!
We will take care of all the Gymnastics Fun & Games as well as provide full clean up when the party is over!
Party Days: Saturdays & Sundays 

Hours: 12:30-2:00pm & 2:30-4:00pm
First 45 minutes in the gym with coaches / Final 45 minutes in the party room with parents.

1-8 Children– $175.00 +HST
9-16 Children– $250.00 +HST
 
Age Requirement:  Children must be 5+ years old in order for participation in our birthday parties.
 
What is required to book:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. 
Balance due upon arrival to the gym on the party day.  
 
What should we bring to the party?
Bring in your own food, drinks, birthday cake, decorations, Cutlery (we do not supply these items)
**We are a peanut free facility
 
What should the participants wear?
Participants to come ready in athletic attire
Acceptable clothing – shorts, trackpants, leggings, tank tops or t-shirts. 
Hair needs to be pulled back, bare feet
No jewellery

Party Room includes:  Tables, Chairs, Fridge, Freezer & Sink. 
 

Gym Rules:
Only children registered to participate in the birthday parties are allowed in the gym area due to Insurance restrictions dictated by our sport body. 

Parents and others wanting to stay in the facility are more than welcome, however they are required to watch from our viewing area. 

Photo opportunity will be given by the coaches at the end of the class before being released to the parents for the party room time.

SUMMER CAMP FEES

FULL DAY/FULL WEEK
Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm
$275.00/week – 5 days
$220.00/week – (4-day week) Weeks 1 & 6 only

HALF DAY/FULL WEEK
Mornings: 9:00am-12:30pm
Afternoons: 12:30pm-4:00pm
$175.00/week – (5-day week)
$140.00/week – (4-day week) Weeks 1 & 6 only
*Registration/Membership fees are subject to HST

BEFORE CARE /AFTER CARE
Available if required.
$5.00/day – 8:00-9:00am
$5.00/day – 4:00-5:00pm

MEMBERSHIP FEE
$45.00 is additional to the above fees and is due upon registration. This fee will cover athlete from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

2nd Sibling- $20.00 off
3rd Sibling- $30.00 off

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Whether you are a cheerleader or dancer looking to learn more tricks, or an adult looking for a new way to get fit and have fun, private and semi-private lessons may be a great option for you! Availability is based on gym peak times and coach availability. Rates are set by coaches on an individual basis. To be connected with a coach who may fit your needs, contact the office now!
